Historique :	Inspiré de la Piéta de Michel-Ange, ce tableau reprend l'attitude de la Mère, les yeux au ciel, une main tendue vers le ciel, l'autre soutenant son fils. Quézac, lieu de pèlerinage très ancien et célèbre, bénéficia au cours des siècles de nombreux dons.
