Historique :	La vasque de la chapelle d'Allagnon présente un décor de têtes grotesques assez proche. Elle était probablement surmontée d'un couvercle pyramidal comme ceux des fonts baptismaux de Chalinargues, Moissac et la chapelle d'Allagnon, et était peut-être incluse dans un mur. Elle a été remontée sur un socle en trachyte de même ton mais circulaire.
