Historique :	Portrait du général d'Estaing : né à Aurillac en 1764, il accompagna Bonaparte en Italie où il fut nommé général sur le champ de bataille des Pyramides. Il gagna les batailles d'Aboukir et d'Alexandrie. Il meurt en duel contre le général de Reignier en 1802.
