Précision_sur la representation :	A l'extrémité gauche de la composition sainte Anne, assise, coude au corps et mains ouvertes, vêtue d'une robe ceinturée à l'encolure arrondie et d'un manteau au voile posé sur une coiffe contemple la Vierge. A droite la Vierge, sous les traits d'une jeune fille, est assise de trois quart et incline la tête vers un ouvrage de couture, posé sur ses genoux auquel elle travaille, la main droite tenant l'aiguille. Elle porte une robe à décolleté arrondi, à ample jupe et manches étroites. Un manteau est posé sur son épaule droite. Ses cheveux, partagés par une raie médiane et retenus par un ruban, sont noués sur la nuque.
