Précision_sur la protection :	Le 1er janvier 2017, Sériers devient commune déléguée au sein de Neuvéglise-sur-Truyère (commune nouvelle).
Précision_sur la representation :	De part et d'autre de la croix se tiennent debout, à gauche, la Vierge visage de trois quarts tourné vers le Christ en croix et à droite saint Jean tête de profil regardant le Christ tandis que sainte Madeleine, accroupie, tient dans ses mains les pieds du crucifié. Le Christ est nimbé, et penche sa tête couronnée vers sa mère, ses bras sont largement ouverts, son corps est à peine déhanché vers la droite, et ses pieds sont cloués séparément sur le suppedaneum. La poitrine dilatée perd son sang par la blessure. A l'arrière plan le ciel est orageux et laisse apparaître ans la partie inférieure de la composition une vallée éclairée, une coupole du temple et une tour d'enceinte.
