Précision_sur la representation :	La Vierge est assise, vêtue comme une moniale, son visage entouré d'une guimpe et sa tête recouverte par la capuche de son ample manteau qui retombe au sol sur les côtés. Elle porte une robe serrée à la taille qui descend à terre dégageant ses pieds chaussés. Sur ses jambes écartées repose le Christ dont elle soulève la tête couronnée de la main droite. Ses cheveux, sa barbe et sa moustache sont courts. Son corps et ses cuisses sont à l'horizontale et ses jambes pendent à angle droit, pieds joints au sol, tandis que son bras gauche, à l'horizontale le long du corps, et le droit pend en oblique la main à demi ouverte.
