Description :	Le pied est de forme ovale, le talon bombé, le noeud piriforme ; la monstrance de forme rectangulaire porte un toit bombé surmonté d'une croix. Un décor entoure un ovale vitré qui présente les reliques.

Précision_sur la representation :	Le pied est cerné sur sa bordure par une frise de feuilles d'eau découpées et soudées à la bâte. Le talon porte un décor de feuillages et de fruits que l'on retrouve sur la monstrance. Le noeud s'orne d'un décor de feuillages et de rinceaux gravés. La monstrance est ornée aux quatre coins de pilastres cannelés. L'ovale vitré est entouré d'un décor de feuillages, fruits et fleurs repoussés, et cerné d'un rayon de perles.
