Description :	Statue ouvrante par le devant, les deux panneaux s'ouvrant à hauteur de poitrine, l'enfant étant fixé sur le panneau mobile de senestre. L'Enfant Jésus tient un oiseau dans ses mains. L'ouverture des vantaux montre une scène de l'Annonciation avec un ange à dextre et une Vierge à senestre.

Observations :	Désignation dans l'arrêté de protection MH : Vierge ouvrante, Statue.
Précision sur_l'état :	Il manque la main droite de la Vierge, visible lorsque les vantaux sont refermés. A l'ouverture, le motif central en applique est manquant comme celui sous le cou de la Vierge . Oeuvre restaurée avant 1962 par l'atelier Malesset-Aubert ; en 1993 par l'atelier Nicaud (Le Puy-en-Velay) ; traitement insecticide par l'atelier Coroart (Clermont-Ferrand) en 2008.
