Précision sur l'inscription :	inscription : ECCE VOTUM au mois d'avril 1702 une famme estant à toute extrémité et presque abandonnée son mary se ressouvenant des faveurs qu'il a receues par intercession de notre dame du choeur l'année 1691 fit fere voeu à sa ditte famme et par la meme intercession elle feut miraculeusement guérie l'un et l'autre sont venus accomplir le dit voeu en 7bre 1703 (au bas du tableau).
